About the service

Full-service support with careful review.

You do not need to map out the statutes, deadlines, or records on your own before contacting ARC. We research the matter, review the documents, and coordinate the next steps.

What ARC handles
  • Research statutes, procedures, and sale records.
  • Review claimant standing, notices, and supporting documents.
  • Work with our legal team when legal support is needed.
What ARC handles

Research, documentation, and coordination.

ARC researches the sale history, governing rules, claimant-standing issues, and supporting records before recommending next steps.

Clients can send whatever facts they have. ARC handles the follow-up research and coordination from there.

What ARC does not promise

Direct review still matters.

This public site does not guarantee that funds exist, that a claimant will qualify, or that a county or court will release money on any specific timeline.

Each matter still needs direct review, and ARC is paid a percentage when recovery work is completed.

Research and verification

Tax-sale and mortgage-foreclosure overages are not handled uniformly. ARC researches the rules, records, and filing mechanics that differ by jurisdiction.

Documentation and coordination

Recorded deeds, probate papers, notices, court paperwork, and identity documents often shape what ARC reviews and coordinates next.

Legal team and remote support

Our legal team works with us on these matters when legal support is needed. ARC itself is not a law firm, and no in-person meeting is required to start.
